Louis Tomlinson – $6.43 Million, Hollywood Hills

In October 2020, Louis Tomlinson said farewell to his Hollywood Hills home after closing a deal for it at $6.43 million. The “Two of Us” singer reportedly took a massive loss on the sale, given that he had initially bought it in 2016 for a whopping $7.8 million, according to Trulia.

Located just off the Sunset Strip, the contemporary-styled home was built in the 1930s and features a breathtaking view of the Los Angeles landscape from its grand balconies. In December 2020, Tomlinson broke the yearly record for the most tickets sold for a live-streamed event for his charity concert “Live from London.”
