Zayn Malik – $2.94 Million, Bel Air

In October 2019, Zayn Malik finally managed to sell his opulent residence in Los Angeles for $2.94 million. The “Dusk till Dawn” singer had put the Bel-Air compound on the market in October 2018 for $3.5 million before slashing the price one year later.

Malik had originally acquired the 2,332-square-foot home in September 2015 for $3.1 million, meaning the former One Direction member took a $200k loss on its sale in 2019 as he looked to move to New York City to live with supermodel Gigi Hadid. The two celebrities broke off their relationship in October 2021 after Malik’s alleged spat with Hadid’s mother, Yolanda.
