Daniel Radcliffe – $2 Million, Melbourne

Despite three offers from potential customers previously in 2015, Daniel Radcliffe decided not to sell his luxury Melbourne apartment after initially putting it on the market for around $2.5 million. The decision was made, in part, by the “Harry Potter” actor on the grounds of potential future acting work and projects in Australia.

In mid-2021, Radcliffe decided to forego the condo, but instead of selling it to a random customer, he sold it to his parents for $2 million. According to local records, the “Escape from Pretoria” actor’s mother Marcia Gresham had initially purchased the two-bedroom apartment in 2004 for him, paying a modest sum of $1.9 million.
