Rishi Sunak – $7.6 Million, Kensington

The British politician Rishi Sunak became the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party in October 2022, but he was already living like British royalty years before. A former hedge-fund whiz, Sunak resides in a five-bedroom Kensington mansion with his wife and two daughters.

The lavish property is worth a reported $7.6 million but was purchased by a lot less (around $1.7 million) in 2015. Its valorization is explained by the fact that Sunak’s wife, businesswoman Akshata Murty, renovated the place by adding a pool, a yoga studio, a fitness room, and a tennis court.
