Rob Gronkowski & Camille Kostek — 7 Years

Rob Gronkowski is a former tight end and a four-time Super Bowl champion. He is in a relationship with the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and TV presenter Camille Kostek. The pair had not yet taken the plunge, but Kostek told US Weekly that she would be excited if he was to pop the question because she was willing to spend the rest of her life with him.

Gronkowski and Kostek had their first encounter at a Thanksgiving dinner where they served turkey at a charity event. She was a cheerleader for the Patriots at the time, and he slipped her his number. They celebrate their anniversary yearly throughout Thanksgiving week to honor their love.
