Christian Bale and Tom Hardy, Bobby Holland and Buster Reeves – The Dark Knight Rises

The stuntman Bobby Holland worked as the double of Christian Bale (‘Batman’) in the 2012 movie “The Dark Knight Rises” and shared a behind-the-scenes snippet of the action on his Instagram profile. The British stuntman Buster Reeves also worked in the production, doubling for Tom Hardy (‘Bane’).

While Holland and Reeves put their body on the line for multiple scenes (including a scary “back-breaking” moment), they were lucky to get out of the movie unscathed. As for Hardy, he went on to star on the big-screen as yet another supervillain: ‘Venom,’ from the 2021 movie “Venom: Let There Be Carnage.”
