It is pretty obvious that this ’90 sitcom star and stand-up comedian plunged real deep into the plastic surgery pool. Tired of playing the role of the bigger woman, Barr had a gastric bypass surgery done so as to become slimmer. She later on also got a tummy tuck and had her breasts reduced to make the change more striking.

That’s not all, Barr went on to have a facelift, cheek implants, and rhinoplasty performed on her as well, and dare we say, the outcome was totally worth it! There is no hiding the fact that Roseanne is now more confident, beautiful, and visibly happier than before.
