Patrick Mahomes & Brittany Matthews – Together Since 2012

We’ve all had high school sweethearts, but not all of us got to experience the “happily ever after” with them. Patrick Mahomes and Britany Matthews are notable exceptions. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback first had eyes for Matthews while they were both students at Whitehouse High School in East Texas.

They first became friends for a year before becoming a Valentine couple and then prom dates. Unlike many high school romances, they kept theirs alive even after going to separate colleges. Fast forward to 2020 and eight years of undying love, Matthews proposed to his soulmate, and she gladly said yes. They had their first child in February 2021.
