How else could one explain how incredibly alike they look, from the facial structure to their tousled ginger hair?

But unlike Rupert, who is an actor and musician, Sir David Wilkie used to be known as the “People’s Painter,” back in the Victorian Age. In fact, he used to be among Queen Victoria’s most beloved painters! Referring to our previous theory, some people seem to be talented in every lifetime!
