A Memorial Run and Week

Alan Arakawa, then Maui Mayor, instituted the Trucker Dukes Memorial Run alongside hosting an annual Trucker Dukes Golf Tournament, which is a fundraiser for the Trucker Dukes Foundation. The corporation is a non-profit organization established in honor of Trucker to support families affected by pediatric cancer. The event officially runs between March 10 to 17 every year.

The foundation provides financial assistance to families for travel, housing, and medical expenses related to their child’s cancer treatment. The foundation has also contributed to pediatric cancer research and donated toys to children undergoing cancer treatment. The organization has raised over $700,000 to support these causes.
