Trucker Dukes Hero WOD

CrossFit has a long-standing tradition of honoring and remembering fallen soldiers and individuals who have passed away from challenging diseases through WODs (Workout of the Day). Trucker was no exception to his brave cancer fight. CrossFit Invictus commemorated his life and legacy by dedicating a WOD in his honor, the Trucker Dukes Hero WOD.

During their journey, Trucker’s family met the VanSlyke family, whose son Atticus was also battling cancer. Despite the difficult circumstances, both families found solace in each other’s company and provided strength to one another. Sadly, Atticus lost his battle with neuroblastoma at just two years of age, but he nonetheless inspired Trucker’s family.
