He may have been gone for years, but Trucker’s legacy lives on through the Trucker Duke Foundation, which his parents established to help other families dealing with pediatric cancer. The foundation has provided financial assistance to families, supported research, and created a support network for families facing similar challenges.

The foundation’s motto is “We Believe in Heroes,” and it continues to honor Trucker’s memory and his courageous battle against cancer. Joshua and Sarah advocate for less harsh treatment for younger children with neuroblastoma. In addition, their son’s story has inspired many people worldwide to live life to the fullest and cherish every moment.
