Gabrielle Union – Sociology – University of California, Los Angeles

Gabrielle Union is a well-known actress, particularly among ’90s film enthusiasts. Although she appeared in numerous sitcoms early on in her career, she didn’t get her big break until the turn of the century when she played Isis in the cheerleading teen movie “Bring It On,” which opened doors to more significant roles.

Over the years, Union has continued to shine in her performances, leading many to believe that she only studied film. However, this is not the case. She attended the University of Nebraska before transferring to the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a degree in sociology.
