Ron Paul – Medicine – Duke University
Ron Paul is a man of many hats – a former congressman, a three-time presidential candidate, an author, and an activist. His outspoken criticism of the federal government’s fiscal policies, including the Federal Reserve and tax policies, has made him a prominent figure in American politics.
Paul is also a highly qualified physician. After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Duke University’s School of Medicine, he served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force. As a physician, Paul has made a significant contribution to society by refusing to accept federal funds from eligible patients and instead providing free treatment.
