Managing her Anger
Faced with the serious crime she had committed, Amanda decided to seek help, so she went to a psychiatrist to discuss her anger management. While rage is a normal and healthy human emotion, it can be dangerous when it goes unchecked.
After all, we cannot go around attacking people because they cheated on us. There are three ways of dealing with anger, one is expressing, the other is suppressing, and the last one is calming. Suppressing is probably the most unhealthy way to deal with anger. The best way is to find a way to express it in a healthy manner.
