Here we go again with the use of the word crap and the encouragement of buying them. While we don’t think buying things you’re not sure you really need is good, getting them from yard sales is still very much forgivable.

The cycle of purchasing things like clothes secondhand and then reselling them is way better than buying them new. It certainly helps in reducing the amount of waste that goes into landfills, which are brimming with trash already. According to statistics, each American produces almost 5 pounds of waste a day that goes to landfills.
