The Crowning Moment
This photo says that dad will always be proud of his munchkin through all the ups and downs. A study conducted by the University of Carolina concluded that we favor our fathers more genetically speaking. Each parent contributes the same amount of genetic factors to their child but at the end of the day, infants use up more of the dad’s DNA.
Moms also naturally have soothing voices which kids find naturally soothing and comforting, something scientists call “motherese.” A Washinton State University study revealed that fathers often maintain a steady voice when talking to their children. It isn’t a bad thing because it serves as a conversational bridge to the real world.
