Malcolm Hebden – 1939
British actors take their craft seriously, and most of their actors have theater training or have formally attended acting school. Malcolm Hebden is an example; he went to Rose Buford Drama School. This intense acting preparation works, and entertainers such as Malcolm remain active and productive in the industry well into advanced age.
The Coronation Street alum was born in 1939, making him a very lively octogenarian. The Chester native had been active in television and film from 1972 and retired only in 2021- that’s more than five decades of acting. We have a lot to learn from Malcolm, a model in nurturing lifelong passions.
