Frozen Ancient Zoo
For the animal lovers, especially the people interested in prehistoric life, this is for you. Scientists in Canada, in the Alberta area, to be precise, discovered a frozen flying dinosaur that is said to be from the pterosaur species.
Like all prehistoric creatures, the reptile was quite humongous, with a wingspan of 16 feet, and lived during the Cretaceous period. At the time, Canada had relatively temperate weather conditions that supported the reptile’s survival. It is surprising how the world has evolved over the years, that now the place is covered in ice.
