Looking at the few publicly available photos of his grand £2.3 million home in Cheshire proves that. He’s even committed to maintaining the character of his neighborhood.

In 2021, the Daily Mail reported that Ferguson, who managed Manchester United for 27 years, won a battle to prevent a neighbor’s plans of building two mansions in his posh area. He has notably lived in his Tudor-style property with his wife Cathy Ferguson for about two decades.
