Boris Johnson – Tesla Roadster – Unknown

Before he was the Prime Minister of Britain, Boris Johnson worked as a writer for various publications. He also worked as a motoring journalist during this time, though, as per his peers, not a very good one. But it was during his early years as Mayor of London he got to test a Tesla Roadster.

This was in 2009 when he was at a climate change event. At the time, it was the world’s only fully electric car and is widely attributed to why electric vehicles are popular
