Dick Van Dyke can boast over seven decades in the industry, significantly contributing to film, TV, and theater. Fans may recognize him as Bert in the ’60s picture Mary Poppins and, more recently, as Mr. Dawes Sr. in the 2018 Emily Blunt starter Mary Poppins Returns.

Now 95, supporters may expect that he is enjoying his time away from the limelight. However, Van Dyke said in a 2021 interview with The Washington Post that he was itching to return to acting. The voice actor also previously said that he doesn’t plan on retiring.
