Billy Redden – 1956
Billy Redden is an American actor who played a backwoods mountain boy in the 1972 film “Deliverance.” Since that time, he has been active in the entertainment industry. Redden made a name for himself while appearing in just a few films. Despite this, he’s not on the list of celebrities with a glitzy post-retirement lifestyle.
After “Deliverance,” he featured in a few movies as a banjo player, including “Big Fish,” which premiered in 2003. In 2018, he was observed at the LA Film Festival, where he hadn’t been featured on the big screen before. As of 2022, he was still interested in taking on some roles.
