Scarlett Johansson – Los Angeles, California
While she was still married to Romain Dauriac, Scarlett Johansson invested in a family home for them and their newly born daughter to live in. She purchased this 3,500-square-foot mansion for $3.88 million. However, they eventually split up, in 2017.
Despite it’s unfortunate history, the house is beautiful inside out. It was built in the ‘40s and has a stunning hardwood floor throughout. It comes with four bedrooms, four full, and two half bathrooms. It’s a two-story residence that even has a private balcony. Johansson is currently living in a $4-million house in upstate New York where she tied the knot with current husband, Colin Jost.
Nicole Kidman – Southern Highlands, Australia
As an American-Australian dual citizen, Nicole Kidman owns properties in both countries. Even though the Big Little Lies actress has a home in Nashville with her husband, Keith Urban, the couple also owns this Southern Highlands house in Australia, which dates back to the 19th century. They reportedly purchased it in 2009, for around $6.5 million.
Nicole even gave Vogue a house tour, during which we got to see just how luxurious this farm-style house actually is. It has a total of 6 bedrooms, 10 fireplaces, an almost 60-foot-long swimming pool, and a tennis court. For now, Nicole has just finished playing in The Undoing series.
Drew Barrymore – Montecito, California
When she was married to art consultant Will Kopelman, actress Drew Barrymore was lived in a sprawling, 6,6640-square-foot Santa Barbara estate she bought for $5.7 million. To make things worse, the estranged couple had exchanged their wedding vows here, which probably explains why she was so eager to put the luxury house for sale after their divorce in 2013.
Barrymore managed to get the six-bedroom, six-bathroom, two-acre estate off her hands for $6.35 million, leaving behind the views of the Santa Ynez Mountains for quieter family life outside L.A. It underwent further renovations in 2016 and was back on the market in 2019 for nearly $10 million.
