There is absolutely no doubt that celebrities always manage to astonish people with the ways they keep their private lives away from public eyes. Even though many celebrities are best known for their relatively quick relationship turnovers, there is so much more to Hollywood than divorce and doom.
It is no secret that true love is a rarity. Some couples come and go so fast that it is pretty much impossible to keep track of who is dating who these days. And now, here is a list of some of the most fantastic celebrity couples showing that finding true love isn’t impossible in the world of showbiz!
Robert Wagner & Jill St. John – 32 Years
“Two and a Half Men” star Robert Wagner is a legendary actor who started his career in the ’60s. He is still strong enough that he starred in a 2021 video documentary, “Forever Doris.” Despite having a successful screen acting career, he had some relationship roller-coasters when he lost his wife, Natali Woods, in 1981 and had to take care of his daughters by himself.
After the actor got some support and help from actress Jill St. John, she understood Wagner’s grief since she had also lost her husband in a plane crash. The two later got married in 1990 and are still enjoying their union.
Phoebe Cates & Kevin Kline — 31 Years
When it comes to celebrity marriages, Phoebe Cates has smashed pretty much every stereotype out there. First, she got married to a guy who is 16 years older than her, and she has been a part of that same marriage for 31 years now.
Since her father was a part of Broadway productions, Cates was no stranger to stage acting. She has been a part of several different films, including Fast Times at Ridgemont High (as Linda Barrett) and Gremlins (as Kate Beringer). She has also played the role of Sophia Gold in The Anniversary Party (2001).
Chrissy Teigen & John Legend – 8 Years
Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend have been married for close to a decade now, although their beautiful love story has not been a downhill affair. After meeting on the set of Stereo in 2006, where Chrissy played Legend’s love interest, they hit it off immediately only to part ways just one year later.
Interestingly, the breakup lasted for only a day, as the couple recently revealed, and the two pretty much picked up from where they had left. Better times lay ahead, and now, they are parents to two adorable kids and make one happy family!
