Monica Lewinsky’s life did not go according to plan. The former White House intern was ready to build her political career when she got embroiled in a steamy issue with former United States president Bill Clinton. Her political career was over, but the California-born personality didn’t let that get her down.
It wasn’t all bad, though, since Lewinsky gained some celebrity status and even had a line of handbags and served as spokesperson for a diet plan. She eventually left the spotlight, studied psychology, and worked as an anti-bullying activist. She has built herself a comfortable fortune of $1.5 million.
