Brigitte Bardot is a French actress and singer still known by her nickname BB. She was revealed to the whole world in the 1980s through several films and songs in which she played a sex symbol. After 21 years of career, she has to her credit 41 films and 70 songs. Alongside her acting and singing careers, she is also a model. She retired from the world of cinema in 1973 to devote herself to the defense of animal rights by creating the Brigitte Bardot Foundation in 1986.
