Lady Gaga – Hollywood Hills, California
Right around the time when Lady Gaga released the album ‘Joanne’, she decided to treat herself to Frank Zappa’s old house in Hollywood Hills which cost her $5.25 million. But with her $275-million net worth, the amount was probably just pocket change for her.
The house sprawls across 6,700 square feet and has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and two guest houses, all equipped with exotic French windows. According to Variety, it also has a functioning recording studio. In 2020, Gaga released her latest album called Chromatica — we wonder if she recorded it in her home studio.
Katy Perry – Beverly Hills, California
She might have only recently bought this house, in 2018, but it seems as though Katy Perry is already prepared to part ways with it. She listed it almost half a million more than the $7.45 million she paid to buy it. The house was put on the market in 2020, just months after she and Orlando Bloom welcomed their first daughter!
We can’t think of a reason why she decided to let go of it. After all, it’s a 4,410-square-foot house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. She was probably using it to host guests, as her main residence is merely a minute away, and worth $19 million.
Kelly Clarkson – Hendersonville, Tennessee
Kelly Clarkson was once the proud owner of a $7.4 million manor located in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This gorgeous property houses seven bedrooms, with 11 bathrooms! Furthermore, it sits on a humongous 6 acres plopped in between a wooded cul-de-sac and a lakefront!
The three-story glory welcomes you with an elegant fountain on the driveway, and the backyard has some park-like features, complete with a playland for the little ones. If that’s not enough to get you reaching for your checkbook, this majestic house has a theater, a volleyball court, and a basement fitted with custom-made horse bar stools!
