Emma Watson – Unknown, New York

According to Memar Architects, Emma Watson owns a swanky condo in a 12-story apartment building on the corner of Lexington Avenue. Built in 1913, the complex was later renovated and given a complete makeover to build more luxurious condominiums.

Given that Watson was seen looking for a new place in New York in 2014, it can be safely assumed that she purchased the one-bedroom apartment sometime around this period. In 2021, fans of “Harry Potter” rejoiced when it was announced that Watson and the regular cast would reunite for HBO’s “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts.”
