Reports claim that Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell have purchased a $15.5 million apartment at 1045 Fifth Avenue. The surrounding terraces of the apartment are ideal for soaking in the fantastic scenery of Central Park from almost every window.
When developer Manny Duell passed away in 1977, he erected the apartment building. His widow stayed there until her death at the age of 92.
